Service Tiers

Colibri Sales Consulting offers two service tiers with a minimum of a six-month commitment. We secure an agent's license for each client through the WA LCB to act on behalf of the estate as an independent entity.

Tier One

Establish & Develop the Client

Monthly salary + quarterly bonus, please inquire.

  • Account development and management with boots-on-the-ground coverage; minimum of 65% weekly in-person market visits.
  • Aggressive, targeted account communications and follow-up via email, cold calls, social media, and more.
  • Seasonal high-visibility wine events, quarterly newsletters and clubs, private wine dinners, and other social gatherings featuring the client's wines.
  • Google Docs live reporting, including updated customer contact lists and visit notes; clients retain access for 12 months.
  • Bi-weekly meetings between Colibri and the client; turnaround time for special requests within one business day.

Tier Two

Maintain & Develop the Client

Heavily commission-dependent + lower salary base, please inquire.

  • Colibri provides account/brand manager coverage previously handled by the client's internal team to maintain current growth and development.
  • Appointment-driven sales and in-person visits with a 35% weekly cold-calling and new account growth focus.
  • Google Docs live reporting with contact information for currently committed accounts actively working with the client's products; access provided for six months.
  • Bi-weekly meetings between Colibri and the client; turnaround time for special requests within 3-5 business days.

Deliveries & Logistics

All deliveries are conducted by each client. We partner with a preferred third party for warehousing, invoicing, and deliveries to ensure reliable end-to-end coverage. This fee is covered separately by the client.
